About this project
The Problem
Users struggle to manage a large number of unique, strong passwords and often reuse credentials, creating significant security risks. They need a single, secure place to manage logins and improve their overall digital security posture.
The Solution
LockerFox provides a centralized and secure vault for all credentials, accessible across devices. It goes beyond simple storage by offering tools to actively improve security, such as an AI password generator and a dashboard that audits password strength and reuse, empowering users to protect their online accounts effectively.
My Role & Responsibilities
Role: Full-Stack Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Developed the complete application from front to back using Next.js and Firebase.
- Implemented the secure credential vault with encryption for sensitive data.
- Integrated Genkit for AI-powered features like password generation and category suggestions.
- Designed and built the Security Dashboard to analyze and score user password health.
- Ensured a seamless and responsive user experience on both desktop and mobile.
- Implemented user authentication, profile customization, and secure 2FA code generation.
